### 30th GTG#### Guidelines by Us for Us ###

Whatapp Group - As we are nearing our GTG date, request all to share / discuss only GTG related messages, in order to avoid key messages about the GTG being missed out among other messages.

Participation
  1. The GTG is only for the registered and paid 94’batch mates & registered family members. Request everyone not to bring any other members to the GTG.
  2. Resort Check -Check-in Time : 2 PM , 26th July 2024 / Friday. LUNCH on FRIDAY will be available from 12.30 PM . Check out Time : 12 Noon, 28th July 2024 / Sunday.
  3. GTG Registration Counter : Counter will function from 12 Noon to 3 PM on 26th July / Friday. Request all to be in resort before 2 PM.
  4. Room keys / Souvenir will be given to registered members @ the counter.
  5. Detailed itinerary has been shared on this Whatsapp group and also available on www.94malai.in . Any amendments will be announced in this group as well updated on the portal.
  6. Our package is inclusive of stay and 6 meals ( 26th Lunch to 28th Breakfast). Apart from the standard menu, if any members order ( food / drinks ) directly with resort, the respective bill should be settled by themselves. It will not be included in GTG bill.
  7. Drivers : Resort does not have any facilities for Drivers to Stay. Please arrange nearby lodges for their stay / food.
What to Bring :
  1. Swimming dress if yow know Swimming.
  2. Green Shirt and dhoti as informed earlier for Photo shoot.

  1. Please arrange your own transport to / from resort.
